    Hi guys, One of my friend was working as a Business Analyst but his salary was quite low compare to market rate. Is he still eligible for FSW ? I doubt as his salary is low compare to market rate. Do we have any such norm in FSW ? please advise.

    That can even lead to misrepresentation. If your employer, informs CIC that you have not worked with them than it can lead to misrepresentation & rejection.

    CIC has changed the UI of the website. CIC is doing some improvement with their websites. So, the new UI is not because of any update it is just an improvement done by CIC on website.

    Hi Alina, Sorry to hear that... Did they charge any misrepresentation ? If yes, than for how many years. May I know the name of Officer or code of Officer who send you request for additional document. I have also submitted additional document and want to know if the officer is same or some other.

    You can not get PCC in a day. SO, I will suggest you to take a chance and raise a CSE. You have nothing to lose whether they approve your CSE request or not.
