Getting error message while trying to login on OINP. "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again." Anybody facing similar issue?

My work permit expiring on Aug 17th And I got OINP Interest letter today. I heard that if OINP not able to make the decision before 17th Aug then my OINP application will be cancelled as I wouldn't be having legal status in Canada. Is it true?

Hi Guys, I got OINP interest letter today in my cic account. My total score is 404 including Canadian education. How they count the OINP score ? If I exclude my Canadian education, my score is below 400. Should I apply ?

Work experience is genuine. Reason : salary is low is just because I was recruited by 3rd party i.e staffing solutions / placement agency.
