No not entirely because of medical results, there are few cases where even final decision is being made but PPR is not yet issues, few cases where eligibility/security/medical all 3 are passed but no DM or PPR yet, and there are few cases where it took 4 months after medicals done to status...

Same here, in my GCMS notes due date is 2014/08/04 and notes were generated on 2014/08/12, so dont think it has any significance.

Few medicals go for review (no one knows why, so dont think it is due to any medical issue) and on an average review timelines are around 120 days till the time status changes to Medical received.

It will change to In Progress when the VO starts processing your application. Paying RPRF upfront depends, I waited for the email to come, so give me some indication of the status of the file. But dont think it makes any difference.

You can check with your bank they will let you know if it is cashed or not. My friend checked it, his account was with TD.

I will suggest to re-send your copy of passport again replying to the email they asked for. Read in some forum that response rate is much better when we use chain mails.

Hang on there.. There are many people like you, including me, waiting for ECAS update to Decision Made and PPR email. It seems there is no activity from last 2-3 weeks in terms of this status. Follow November 2013 thread, we all are hanging in there. If you haven't ordered your GCMS notes...

If you are not currently residing in Canada, you cannot get GCMS notes by yourself. However, you can ask your friend/family member/Lawyer to get the same. THere is a Consent form that you and may be your spouse has to sign in and attach the scanned copy. All the remaining details in the below...

What does your ECAS status say, does it say medical results received?

As far as CEC is concerned you should have 1 yr of Canadian Experience (and unsaid requirement is in the same NOC). If your prior 8 months exp is in Canada and withing 3 years of your application, you should mention it in the IMM008E form.

Ideally no one knows if the application will be rejected based on this or not, but if there is a discrepancy in the information/documents provided, you have higher probability of not passing the initial stage. I have seen people applying with Affidavit in such cases, but those were mostly the...
