No, you only list them on the IMM 5406.

I cant fit my 10 years history in personal information form, Can I skip 3 months of unemployment period on my workpermit because if I will do that I can fit my last 10 years history easily.

Hi,

you can't skip anything in your last 10 years background history not even a week,gaps are not allowed.
what you must do is to add an extra sheet(mark your first,last name,date of birth,UCI number,form number and question number on the top) then add whatever info needed to complete your last 10 years background history.
leaving a gap in your background history will not only delay your application but also will certainly lead to be asked to submit a new and updated original form with your signature on a later stage of the process,so don't do this mistake.

Why do you need to attach documents together. Just sort the forms as per the check list and put it in an envelope. You might also want to use a paper clip to bind the pages of one form together.

As far as CEC is concerned you should have 1 yr of Canadian Experience (and unsaid requirement is in the same NOC). If your prior 8 months exp is in Canada and withing 3 years of your application, you should mention it in the IMM008E form.
