    Mine got charged between 2:30 to 3:30PM. But its not always between this time. Keep patience, check every hr otherwise you will get frustrated if you don't receive it today.

    Yes, it looks like that the counter is applicable when CIO accepts the app and sends AOR. So everyone who got AOR after Nov 9 is part of the counter, I guess, otherwise 48 app on Nov9 looks too high.

    Clock is ticking guys. We should see credit cards getting charged of nov first week applicants any time now. Keep an eye on your credit limits that's where you should see the first sign of the charge. All the best!!!

    You have to wait till Feb-2015... If your WP is expiring within 4 months of your application for BOWP then only you will be eligible.

    There is no exact queue kind of processing. Applications are processed more close to each other. Be rest assured, as ur CC is charged you should get your aor soon. Give a try to login to ecas, just in case the email may have gone misplaced.
