I think you wrote opposite.....it should be " , XYZ singh" not as "XYZ, singh, ". As in my case. If Family name: Jasmeet singh and nothing in given name. Then it should be i think " , Jasmeet Singh"..... Right or wrong. As this is the information sent from the Immigration agent on my...

So "bickyii" as the took your given name as last name then you mean on PR card they will write blank for first name and XYZ singh as your last name..? For examplel: , XYZ Singh. And all other your ID will have same name as , XYZ Singh am i right?

Hello, So i just called the CIC, and they told me that it does not actually matter what you write in the forms. They said while preparing your application for PR they have to have write my last name and that actually depends how your work-permit shows. so i am thinking to write Family name...
