If HR can do this then you are good to go. Make sure they mention all the relevant information in the letter. Now you can do your homework and get your application ready.

Hi sundip, you will get aor since they do not look at your score in the initial assessment but your application will be refuse at the eligibility stage.

I have all forms and supporting documents ready. However one of my pc's will have 3 months on september 24th. So If required I will have to sent my (re)applicationat least a week before that date.

Why not use both tools together and have the best of the "two worlds"? They can be complementary.

Thanks gladaki for your prompt response. I actually do have the letters from past and present employers. CIC just sometime ask useless info which is the case here since I do not needed mto prove my past employment to comply with the one year requirement.

But is this really needed since I have already completed a full year of employment with my currently employer from whom I have an up to date reference letter. Therefore complying with one year of employment requirement without the need of my first employment.

Do you need an explanation letter if you are unable to have reference letter but have your offer employment that shows the responsibilities and duties?

Guys, For the sake of discussion, let's assume that cic response was negative or they do not respond at all. I have 1.5 year of experience with my former employer and now I have just completed 13 months with my current employer. Do I necessarily need a reference letter from my first employer?
