As far as I know, all our files have been referred to a level 2 decision maker and for sure there is no indication as of now of the time period as to when decision will be made on the file.

I strongly urge you to apply, because it will be a non routine case it will take 3+ years to process the file and after that hopefully in another couple of years in case the judge decides in the judge hearing (obviously there will be a judge hearing) that you can be a Canadian citizen then all...
