    Some send it and some don't. I did since it took just a phone call, no fees to get it, etc. It can take several weeks to get. In Korea, it took me 3-4 weeks.

    Looks like the speadsheet for Manila is updated. I am in the May Batch. I see alot of them got PPR this week - yesterday and today. Some are SA before and after me. I see a few others with May 30 SA without PPR yet. I guess we should get an e-mail any day now. We did not get a doc. request yet...

    Koreans don't need PR docs to visit Canada. It's the same as taking a trip to Canada for a vacation. When the COPR is issued the applicant would need to flagpole for landing purposes.

    She can just go as a visitor/tourist and keep extending her travel status until PR is complete. Same as if you didn't even apply for PR.
