Quick question so please reply me.
Do I need to translate all pages of family census -제적증명in English
Or only pages my family on it- my parents and sister.
Also all names are in Chinese , do I need to translate that too?

Translate anything not in English. Be sure to use a professional translator who is partnered with a lawyers office. See the thread authored by CanNZ. Thats where those of us sponsoring a Korean spouse are.
