SA is now 36 days for outland applications. I hear it used to be 47 days prior to this 36. What was the number of days for assessment when you filed your documents? That is the best timeline to use.

Assessment of sponsor is now 36 days: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp. The best timeline is what was prevailing at the time you sent in your application. Most probably it was the 47 days.
