Hello all.I am @440 and hope will get ITA soon.I am applying under CEC.I am not showing any proof of fund as it's not required for CEC as per cic site. So my question is Do I need to explain in LOE like I am applying under CEC so proof of fund not required or VO are aware of all these things?

I believe TRV is not going to affect PR at all.Those are two different cases.Its always a good idea to get TRV. I did the same. Got my TRV when PR application is processing.

Nowhere mentioned in cic what to submit along with ECA. But personally I will submit everything provided that it comes under required file size.
