I called up CIC 3 weeks ago and was told that my file is moved to St claire, this could be to divide the backlog at Scarborough. My DM was done on Feb 10th the same day i took the test. i also sent a letter to St claire requesting to schedule my oath early as i have a vacation to be taken by...

Hi Faraz, As far as i have heard, the days she will be with you outside Canada will be counted towards fulfilment of the required number days for PR renewal but she will have to be physically present for 1460 days in Canada in order to be eligible for Canadian citizenship.

I also called up cic call center twice and they said everything looks okay but they are waiting for scheduling the oath.. Scarborough is slow.. they schedule very few oath ceremonies while mississauga has lot more..

Even i wrote my test on Feb 10.. my status changed to DM on the same day i wrote my test.. still waiting for oath letter.. i have a vacation planned in late july.. hopefully i get the oath before that.. :( :(
