Why dont you call the call centre.. 1-888-242-2100.. select options 1,1,4,1.. and ask them.. call now as the office closes at 4.. All the best

Hey all i received the oath invite in my post yesterday.. Its at University of toronto on 16th dec at 9.30am. Also the pink sheet says to put my name and sign and date.. so when do u have to sign it?? can u do it before hand or is this to be done in front of the officials at the ceremony?

I dont think that does a lot of difference as in my case the MP office got the same reply as me.. the trigger point was web forms whne i completed 12 months as suggested by someone in this group also constant calls and letters i wrote to st claire office telling thm about my travel dates and stuff

I called up CIC and asked them where is my file.. They do give updates... You can also erite letters to the immigration office once u know where ur file is.. They would update ur file saying u have travel and can call for oath

There are many ceremonies lined up in Scarborough.. am sure many would get through their wait times.. All the best to all My file was transferred to St claire for 9 months and then transferred back to scarborough two weeks back and hence got an invite.. not sure whats the reason of transfer to...

So happy to share... i finally get my oath invite after 12 months 5 days of application.. Its on 16th Dec at 9.30 am.. Thank you to all who helped me n supported me in this journey.. Great feeling to see point no 5 on eCas finally... my umpteen calls to CIC has paid off my letters to MPs...

I have called up IRCC and they say the file is perfect no issues.. they will send an enquiry once i complete 12 months since now i am over their standard processing time.. so lets see

Great to see extreme movement in scarborough office.. i will be completing 12 months this 25th nov.. so hope to see my oath soon once cic does something

RQ is residence questionnaire, you might get a questionnnaire if CIC requires more clarification on your stay in canada.. Anyway there is no hard deadline as 6months after test you will get oath.. they have 12 months processing timelines and only once you exceed that will they take some action...

This is the reason i say they should hold oath ceremonies in a big baseball ground or some concert hall where one judge starts the ceremony at 9am and finish by 5pm and get all the backload done at one go..

All they say is everything looks fine, i am in queue for the ceremony, all that remains is scheduling of an oath.. i am so tired of hearing this call after call.

I am still Nov 2016 applicant waiting for oath.. probably only one left from Nov 2016 group.. :(

Yea i just called CIC and they told me i have not completed 12 months yet so ideally they cannot do anything... just wait and watch.. i told her there is no way i will get an oath invite before my one year is completed.. but she kept on sayin call me after the one year mark finishes..

Hey.. there is another forum available here for Scarborough oath timelines.. also its pretty slow as I gave my test in feb 2017 and still waiting for an oath.. expect atleast 3 to 4 months wait or more depending on the processing timelines

Yes... Thats the nearest... But my file is in st claire... Have no idea whats up with the cic office
