Has anyone heard of misrepresentation cases because of answering the question in the background form: "have you ever had a serious disease, physical or mental" any cases where medical test revealed otherwise and applicant was accused of misrepresentation because of that?

It still sounds easier than getting LMO. but I see your point it really depends on the province, in my case PNP sounds easier than LMO.
