Nope. It isn't possible however when filling out the forms I filled out the info as if I were outside Canada hence me having to exit Canada and get my Visa stamped on my passport in Ankara office however it has to be done within 30 days which I believe won't be enough time due to fewer flights...

When you fill out the form, you have to use your permanent address even if you are inside Canada.
