Hi everyone! 
I'm a citizen from Chile, I hold an American visa and I'm in Canada as a visitor. I would like to apply for a study permit. I understand that I will need to apply for a study permit as though I'm outside of Canada (haven't done a pathway program).
Considering all that, I have three questions: 1) When I fill out the form, should I use my address from Canada or from Chile? Can I do the biometrics in Canada (once Service Canada reopens) or will I have to leave and do it outside? 3) If I have to do the biometrics outside Canada, do I have to go to Chile or can I go to the US and do it there?
I would appreciate if anyone could share their experience or if any advice at all!
