I am FSW applicant and sent my passport on 28th August which was recieved by them on 30th. I am still waiting for my tracker to get activated. When can I expect my PP back?

I think you would be fine coz AEO with LMO requirement is a post march 2013 rule, which doesnt apply to you. Tell them, at the time of your application, no LMO was required for AEO. It happens with some people who applied as a FSW2 and still they ask for proof of funds. So, dont panic and...

Yeah, wait for their reply and be ready to book an appoinment for US visa. I hope the best for you.

What date your interview is scheduled? Please send them politely written email with your current status and situation. I hope they will understand and if not, then ask them for the extension of your interview date so that you can get visa for US and appear for the interview. Its the last step...

Everything has its own time...wait patiently...for sure you will get it!! I was hoping for my case to get finalised last year coz two friends of mine got PR in just 5 months coz they chose their home country visa office. I felt unlucky at that time. But, i waited patiently and now i am alomost...
