They said your file is due and they see no reason for this delay. They put a note today and cant do anything to process it urgently. The guy said its not in their hands to process it, they can only put a note. He asked me to wait another 45 days to get it. This is so ridiculous. >:(

Thanks. I requested CIC today for CEC application withdrawal, but i think they wont refund my fees coz i already got my AOR and finger printing request which means my file is in process. You can see my timeline on the left side. I sent my passport on 28th august, received by CIC on 30th august...

I sent my passport on 28th August and got back on 26th september. I completed my landing on 28th September :)
