Based on what I've read it is in English with a possibility to ask questions in French as well.

I would list both separately, but it depends if there is a difference. I have a similar situation, and I separated them but had a difference in the brands/projects I was in charge of. The rest was the same.

I quick correction, it works now. I had to go through French site and it worked. And is only called external because it goes through the Embassy in Vienna (in case someone is interested in this :) )

If you speak French you have a chance for Ontario. They have a French speaking stream for which they are accepting people with less than 400 points.
