I speak French since a very long time, but my writing is not that good. I managed to pass speaking, reading and listening with CLB 9, but I missed writing, so lost some points. Still I got OINP nomination thanks to TEF so I can't complain. :)

And you can do TEF Canada which has one test less (syntax part) then regular TEF.

It would be great if we could have the spreadsheet active to follow what's going on.

I confirm what Elise said. French PCC is probably the easiest to get and it's free. You can do it online from your home country and it arrives via regular post to the address you indicated. I did it in 2014 and if I remember well it too 10 days to arrive.

Just add an additional page stating all your trips. I suppose it can be uploaded in the explanation part. I did that for my visitor visa and it was ok. Not sure how it works for EE, but should be the same thing.

Thanks! :) I scored high under the old simplified system, before EE. Under EE, I never managed to go above 400. Ontario PNP is my only chance as even with better IELTS I can't go above 450. I exhausted all my resources for more points. :( We are a family of 3, but I can claim only few points...
