I can answer to your 2nd question only. We are classed under PNP, but the minimum requirements are assessed under FSW. Go through this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/index.asp. You can read a lot of interesting stuff and get useful info.

I've submitted mine on Feb 14. And got Schedule 4 request on Feb 16. I'm a PNP candidate so this is part of the things they ask. Now I'm waiting... I did my medicals only on Feb 12, so I guess until they are not received I will have no news. And I don't know how long does that take. I guess...

Based on what I read on the forum I put yes even though I am a female so no military service for me. The point is to confirm that you either have something to list and you listed it or you confirm that you have nothing to list (this is the "if any" part). At least this is how I interpreted it. :)
