Well, i think it does not matter if on website they say 14/15 months. For most of the people (incl me) who received their gcms notes, security chec has not started and last update was in mid october.. Mid october is also the time when elections took place and government changed...They promised...

That almost confirms that they are only processing syrians right now.... Trudeau has promised 25k refugees... So far only 1000+ have arrived.... At this rate it will stretch to middle of next year before all the refugees are granted PR...

Why should requesting gcms notes slow down the process? DO you have any link where you read that.... I hope requesting gcms has no effect on application timelines

I am not sure.. I have requested second round of gcms which I will get hopefully in first wee of Jan... In my last gcms notes (generated early oct), everything was done except Security which had not started...I hope that by now they would have started/completed the security check...If nothing...

the current wait time is 4 months for BOWP... I will apply... As regards AOR, I received email from CIC with AOR as well as gcms notes. I guess that should suffice?

HI , Thanks for your note. Could you please clarify what rules were changed. I could see that there were some changes wrt LMIA -- but for open work permit based on PGWP I guess there should not be any changes?

I will soon be applying for BOWP.I need some advice My PGWP expires in april 2016... For BOWP, do I need IMM5802 from my employer? While completing the form, which option do I choose: Work permit with same employer or an initial work permit or work permit with a new employer ? Thanks

I received GCMS notes yesterday -- security yet to start, criminality and medical passed

Those who requested and received gcms notes -- did they arrive in email/regular mail and how many days it took cic to send gcms notes. I requested on 15 oct they said 30 days -- its almost 30 days My application was received on dec 16 2014. IP since sep 1, additional documents send on Sep 15

Dec 17 -- waiting for RPRF email

My application reached CIC on 16 Dec.. Received Medical in May and ECAS was updated in early June.. Nothing for RPRF fees
