Hi , Yours seem like a complicated case.. I think its best to confirm with a lawyer.. I will also advice to speak to AINP and inform them.. I think the final decision to revoke Nomination or not rests with the province that nominated you All the best!!!

Whats your file location ? and when was the last update? I got GCMS today as well. File location: PV2-JAN and last update was Oct 21 2015

No DM or passport request, but received GCMS Notes today. File Location : PV2-Jan : Last update oct 21/2015; All passed except security which is not started

You must have applied under privacy act -- they can take upto 60 days for privacy act requests
