It all depends on the agent you get. Some time they just want to brush you off.. call another day and ask the same question. All you know you might get your file number.

I think we should have a small group for folks with date 23-24 and cc/dd charged 24-25 Feb. But I am sure that we would here from CIC within a week or so. And I hope , wish and pray that we all get PER.

Think positive.. If your application was returned, they would have had information about that. Since they didnt, it means they have it and it is still going through completeion check. I am sure your will get your cc charged by Friday ( if not already).

Hi Tathy, I am in the same boat as you are, App date: 24 Dec, DD charged (according to the bank) : 25 Feb.. Now waiting for PER....people say anything can happen during this stage...U can get NER or PER. I am praying for every one here that they all will get PER by the end of this week.

Did you get any email related to your application being rejected because of cap full? Or you are assuming that your application is rejected? I think every application that reaches CIC gets opened and if rejected, they send you an email that they are sending your application back.
