I guess the question is should i reapply through another channeler to get the hard copy now? Or should I try my luck with this print out? What are the odds that if they were to accept the PCC through third party, will they accept the print out or the copy with "real"signature?

I didnt mail the report then , I received my medical request and PCC on March 9 itself. Thats when they changed the rule. So I applied for FBI finger printing through the conventional way and it says 16 to 18 weeks... My 60 day period expires this week. I am not sure If I can request extension...

I would try again. You are right when you said agent should ask for you last name , date of birth if you dont have your UCI. Also has your CC/DD charged? I think it is more beneficial to call after you have been charged because that means one of the agents went through your application. EE...
