Does this bring any hope? The cap of 5,000 applications is not the first 5,000 applications received, but the first 5,000 complete applications received from applicants. Complete applications include all supporting documents included in the document checklist found in the application guide and...

To show some humanity they should at least tell us the date on which 5000th complete application was accepted. Are the processing of complete application and processing of payment are 2 different things? OMG, this is Canada! I should have known this is Canada then I would never come here in the...

The address is accurate but I think you need to mark PGP (Parents & Grandparents Sponsorship) on your envelop so they know where it should go. Good luck!

Everything is just speculation at this point unless we hear from a confirmed source at CIC which is unlikely to happen.

I say if they are working on applications received around noon Jan 2, then the race for Jan 5 will begin very shortly because I think most couriers delivered the package before noon to this address. Not saying there is no files received in the afternoon these days but I think there won't be a...

It doesnt matter. The thing is Purolator is obligated to report accurate time of delivery to its customers. Driver could get there by 9am but if the packages were not delivered until 1pm or so, he can't claim 8:45am delivery. This thing is so time sensitive for them to misreport

Contact CBC Go Public to raise the complaint against Purolator for false reports and request investigation. That would open the door to see how mailroom works and make the public aware of the cruelty of this quota

I notice a trend the past couple days that new members in this forum with 1-2 posts are spreading a lot of no evidence speculations. Is there anything behind this?

I think not many applications received in the afternoon of Jan 2 because most couriers tried to deliver in the morning before 12pm. If they are processing up to 11am Jan 2 then Jan 5 should expect something soon (at least that is my hope)

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

This is the best answer in my opinion for the issue of leaving and reentering. Yes, people are allowed to leave and re enter whether it's inland or outland, there is no difference. The difference, as screech stated, is that if Inland applicant get refused re entry, the PR application will likely...
