What I dont understand is that parents visa involves 2 steps: CPC-M and visa offices abroad. The delay usually happens at visa office abroad. If they try to cut it down to 3 year, would that be 3 year at Mississauga or 3 year in total waiting time?

Again, one can hardly tell the difference between original or photocopies of Option C. It is a computer printout. I am sending again because I am not sure if there is any special hidden feature in the documents to its originality.

I have come up with a balanced solution: I will still send them originals of Option C but not with an entirely new application package. In cover letter I will ask them to help locate my package and put them together. That way at least I don't feel guilty for making a mess (sending in 2 apps) or...
