This is what I did. Contacted the local finger printing bureau (govt. agency). Paid Rs.1000/- at govt. treasury and then went back to the finger printing office and got it done...Although I didnt do it in Bangalore, it is certainly worth a try.

There is no issue if you want to decline the invitation, go back to the pool, edit your EE profile and then wait for 1 year to complete at the current job. If it's possible to prove your first employment with some supporting documents, it might be worth the effort instead of declining the ITA...

If you are going to create a new FD, why don't you create in your name itself ? As such, if your spouse is accompanying you, you can show the funds in her name as well. She just needs to provide a self declaration stating that she has no objections as to your usage of funds for immigration...

You can upload documents even without paying. Payment will come only when you are ready to submit, I guess. I haven't reached the submission point yet !

GIft deed will be required from your brother. I don't think you can show loans taken from your LIC policy. How will prove that it is from your savings if it's actually from the loan ?

Hang on. Are you not intending to get the letter from the bank ? I suggest you do it and also attach last 6 months bank statement if the bank letter does not clearly state everything what the CIC wants. After doing these, you can add your explanations in LoE.

If the funds have been there for more than 6 months, it is fine.
