    1st 2nd line update

    AOR is from visa office.. where as PER is from CIC... CIC think u have complete documentation. now its visa office that will check everything and process ur application.

    1st line is when u get AOR from VO... 2nd line is when they will change status gradually and third when u get ur PR... will say Decision made

    first u will get AOR in 1.5 months time and then MR depending upon application

    you dont need to worried. It s normal procedure. if they think they wud take time for individual applications and will check things like refernce letter etc. on average it might take around 2-3 months
