i think for 23 points, you need at least 3 year or more of a degree. sorry but I doubt if you will get 23. i m unable to understand this. I have got 4 yrs BBA and 2 yrs MBA and i was HR officer and Manager Learning solutions.. I am not sure if im eligible. I m not sure what is sub-cap too :(

Go for CES. They don't require documents to be attested by HEC. Instead, you just ask your university to send them verified copies and done.
