I have read on forum about 1st line update , 2nd line update, 3rd line update.

I want to know what are these, please enlighten me on these

1st line is when u get AOR from VO... 2nd line is when they will change status gradually and third when u get ur PR... will say Decision made

Does AOR is same as PER. I have got email from CIC saying " positive determination of eligibility to be processed" and "Your application has now been placed into processing"

AOR is from visa office.. where as PER is from CIC... CIC think u have complete documentation. now its visa office that will check everything and process ur application.
