Yeah, I did receive a confirmation from them, but I had to email them and ask them if they received my documents.

Make sure you choose "work" as your answer for the very first question. I was choosing "visit", and I was not getting the TRV option as well.

Does anybody know what's document number on our work permit? They ask this question in IMM5710E, the form that we use for BOWP application. Is the document number the one that starts with "U" or the one on top right corner that starts with "CC". Please advise. Thanks!

Yes you can apply end of July as well. You will become eligible on May 28th but it doesn't mean that you have to apply on May 28th. The requirement says that you will become eligible when your work permit is due to expire in 4 months.
