What do you mean by delay? As long as you have your AOR with positive feedback you can extend your BOWP.

AOR said we have to inform cic any changes in employment, employer,etc. I actually changed my job title but still same employer. Should i inform them? And advise? Man it will only delay my application further, already hear nothing back from them about MR.
