Have you linked your application to GCkey ? That will tell your exact status.
And you can link your application using your passport no and some basic details. (No need for UCI number, acknowledgement number etc)
You can, however, you have prove strong ties to your home country.
Thus, application for SP outside of your home country would put an onus on the applicant to prove they're genuine and that they would leave Canada at the end of their authorized stay.
1 & 2 : Call ScotiaBank and get your GIC ASAP.
3 : GIC = Investment Directions Confirmation = Issued as soon as payment is received.
4 : Depends whether paper or online , On paper you submit it to your VFS and they take biometrics the same day.

Well you already know that you do have a very HIGH chance of visa approval given your profile. Just follow the checklist for SDS and choose the course wisely (research colleges, ask agents, if you want to ) and make sure your course is a logical progression of your previous studies.
Good Luck!
Sorry for your situation.
Please remember, that for May intake, applications have to be submitted before April 1, otherwise you would be be prone to getting a rejection.
Even I think, it's better to defer your intake. Better safe than sorry!
Sound's strange, I wonder why they're taking so long. I guess they are reviewing additional documents on your profile.
Also, if you don't mind, could you please share your profile?
No, when you check your tracking status at VFS website, it says your file is being processed at IRCC Delhi/Chandigarh office?
So my question is which embassy is your file being processed at?
Yeah I understand, CIC needs to be more specific about their rules.
However, what I do get is they're trying to REDUCE or rather LIMIT the duration of PGWP for people applying for short courses. I mean they should've realized how students are using short courses as a loop to get into Canada and...
You will be getting PGWP of 3 years in all of the above options.
It's because all the programs are either 2 years long or more than that.
(Total duration of studies = Course studies + CO-OP )
As, CO-OP is a mandatory component to graduate.
You will be given PGWP according to the duration of your studies.
So for instance, you did an 8 month program and then another one = 16 months PGWP.
However, if you did the coursework of two programs , each 8 months long in 1 year = 1 year PGWP
In short, PGWP is accorded based on ACTUAL...
I second what "selvakk" said.
Applying outside home country is always a risk. This shows "weak ties to home country". No matter what you say in SOP, living outside your birth place will show poor ties to your country and I've seen such cases rejected many times.
While you will understand the...
Ok, I see your problem. First of all, sorry for all that you went through for 2 years. (2016-2018)
Now for application, most colleges do not see the GAP, or even if they do then explain your situation the way it was. Honestly, express how hard it was for you at that time when your...
You need ask your International Student Office/Admission officer as soon as possible. Don't delay further.
Remember, the refund you will get depends on how far ahead (= days passed) you've made into the semester/program.
