Congratulations! Next step is passport request (If PA is from visa required country) Once you get the request, you may have to send passport to VO. They will stamp visa and send it back along with COPR. May I ask what is your timeline? And which country PA is from?

Thank you. From what I heard, receiving pre-arrival letter could mean eligibility is passed. Application received on Feb 20, 2020 and AOR1 on March 5th. We haven’t given biometrics yet, as VACs are currently closed in India.

Hi, We just received pre-arrival letter in gckey account. Does that mean the eligibility check has been completed? We don't see any changes in gckey status or in ECAS.

Hi, Does anyone know what a ghost update represents after AOR2 stage? P.S: Ghost update is referred to the gckey status 'application/profile updated' that disappears after a while without giving any other info.

We see the same status change, we received biometrics request on Sep 9th and on Oct 9th got the same status change that you have described. I believe that this is some automatic update that will show up after a month for people who have not given biometrics.

From the inland tracking sheets, it seems like they are trying to complete till OWP step. Probably they are trying to get spouses/partners their open work permit, so that they can work.

Inland applications go to CPC-Mississauga. I am guessing they are completing initial steps for inland applicants (the process seem to be very different for inland applicants). If you observe outland feb and march, files are getting moved to Ottawa. I believe thats where they are digitizing the...
