Do you see this change in gckey? We only see that in ECAS where it changed from 'Application received' to 'In Process' after the file got moved to Ottawa.

I think you should call the doctor’s office and check if the results were submitted to IRCC. In our case, exam was done on Oct 1st and gckey says medical passed on Oct 4th.

I called IRCC, agent informed that mine was moved to CPC-Ottawa on Sep 30th. For some reason we are not getting emails about these Sponsor related updates.
