Believe me there is only so much cleaning you can do and the winter has been so long and not being able to work takes its toll. But at least you are almost there. I am a month and a half behind you. They should be working on yours now.

@jiggy You are not being impatient. I understand the importance of getting a job right now. Yours will be coming very soon and maybe even DM at same time. My husband is very anxious to get the OWP with AIP, that's what we are focusing on right now. Keep the faith.

To be safe when we sent our application in we submitted both extension and OWP(to be processed after AIP) A month ago we received a visitor record in the mail with extension until Dec. 2013. Paid for both. Now I am told it is one or the other not both, so I do hope we get OWP with AIP(if it...

Did you pay online. I would think they could have checked their online records. Now you have me worried because they told me we did not send in a representative authorization, but we did.

@ Serenity That is just the standard answer they give everyone. I got the same answer as you. I think they are working on DM's right now. They will soon start working on AIP's again as the 6 month period is fast approaching. I am sure there is nothing wrong with your app.

Re: filing a tax return to get child tax benefits MY husband just sent his in with $0 income. We first had to get a TTN (temporary tax number). They held up my CCTB until he gat a TTN and send his world income in. You have to do this even if it is O in order to get your benefits.
