I believe this is only if applying under federal program. You can apply under family class-spouse( common-law) if you have been living together for more than a year :) :)

I didn't think they asked for passport with inland app. How did you get into Canada without your passport or did you have to get it renewed in your country?

If you have everything else in order send it in with the solemnization and state you will send marriage certificate when you receive it. There are several people on the forum that only sent the solemnization and were approved.

Hi, I got married in Nov. and sent the solemnization paper in with the application, I received AOR before I received the marriage certificate and sent it in when I received it.
