No you don't have to ask anything to anybody. As the offer clearly states that it is valid till May-14. Don't worry you will get soon, if not for sept, then njoy 3-4 months in IND and go in dec with me :P :P. Abhi

By the info you provided I can easily guess that the University must be Regina. You dont have to apply for any extension. Just you have to check the Validity of the permit issued to you. If it is valid you can go and join. Not at all a issue to worry about. Abhi

There are two dates namely Issue date and Expiry date, you can travel any time in between of these two. Abhi

Wrong! You only have to pay minimal fee say $100 for accepting the offer. After that fee for the course is due according to the university rules. University does not demand any fee, but you can pay if Visa rules insists you to pay at your home country. Abhi
