Physical files are form that you filled in and submit to cic. electronic files are their entries to the gcms system. Well with physical files they mail you as they aren't gonna spend so much time in scanning and emailing to you.

Check for physical files instead of electronic file when you will apply for gcms for the next time. they will mail you the photocopy of all the files.

I think it matters more on when they receive your documents than the medical request date so that they can process further.... did you get decision made on e-cas yet steveheng71?

Both my medical result and documents reached to Singapore in the 1st week oh July. Just really tired of that long wait...

When I submitted my apps it was only 12 months. and it's increasing since then. i'm on 29th month now and still on waiting.. >:(

Visa office works 24 hrs actually. How do i know? - from my GCMS note - visa officer updated my file 1 am in the morning. Also others updated time are like 11 pm, 9 pm etc.
