This week I received my full application package returned which was incomplete and was sent on June first week. This means they are still working on JUNE applications with 275 CAP. I am pretty sure this NOC will already be capped before they start processing Sept/Oct applications.

As suggested, I sent another package last month. First package was sent around the last week of may but I still haven't received the package. I don't know why I still don't have my package returned but I think they will since it didn't have ECA report included.
