Hi Farnan, I don't know If this is a mistake by CIC but they updated the site below which says this NOC has been capped and they were just working with August Application until last week. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

My package was also reached to CIC on Aug 13th. two weeks back they charged by CC but don't have any updates after that.

Guys, I did my fingerprint in the local public library in NJ, USA which looks okay but also trying to get it done from Local Police office location, just to be in safe side. Can I include more than 1 copy for each applicant in same package or need a separate one?

Sorry forgot to ask one Q. There is a public library which notarizes the fingerprints for free here in New Jersey, USA where I am located. Will this work?
