HI Halibut, I am little confused here. if you have a valid visa to enter US, why do you need AVR? AVR is for someone who is in valid visa status/I-94 but don't have valid visa to re-enter USA.

Hi Atz, I think you can still use AVR if you have a vaild I-94. you might have to complete your landing by road and come back to US within a month, if you don't have a valid visa.
