There was someone in BC who had their attorney (based in Ontario) called. Service Canada received the applicants phone number from their attorney and then SC called the applicant back later the same day.

Who knows what logic they're using. @jasmin22 hopefully this didn't discourage you, I think the reason January looks so bad is there's so few people in the spreadsheet with AOR's from then. My guess is that all other January AOR's have done there's and never ended up in the spreadsheet to begin...

Wow, that's so quick! I'm just hoping that those of us with old AOR's receive their CoPR super quickly after (finally) getting calls and giving biometrics.

I had a friend go there last week to give biometrics (Friday). Not sure how long they've been open but the more locations the better! He said it was a very quick in and out process and there was next to no one there.

I'm in North Vancouver. I used to be downtown but I moved mid-March and now I feel like that's cost me my appointment.

Yes, I'm having issues. It either takes me to a page asking if I want everything in English or French and then returns me to the sign-in screen again or if I make it through it won't allow me to check the status of any of my applications and gives me a 402 - bad gateway error.

Is this what your submitted application status page on the immigration website says or have you discussed with an immigration agent? I'm really hoping mine's the same and is completed within a few days of giving biometrics!

I did email them/submit a ticket and they said no, nothing more you need to do all documents are ready they're just reviewing it all. I'm assuming if my eligibility etc didn't pass I would've heard something by now and I would sincerely hope they've gotten that far given my AOR of mid-Feb. Any...

Temporary working visa's (including BOWP as far as I understand) are exempt from having to give biometrics. Refer to "COVID-19: Changes to biometrics requirements" in link for reference: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/where-to-give-biometrics.asp

I will say perhaps it's not to do with that though, as my initial work permit expires November 1 (I applied for my BOWP so am safe for now). I think there must be some other form of "priority" given but I'm not sure what that may be.
