    There is no AOR, only states ******We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on January 18, 2018. (which is the delivery date of my second application) There is no in process case yet, my doubt it was updated today

    There is nothing called double processing, if the application is received and checked it is entered in the system so there is no duplicate the 2nd application will be thrown away or destroyed as it contains confidential information , what you are saying doesn't make sense

    Acknowledgement of Receiving, it means your application was checked and it is complete and had been assigned to an officer, who will soon will start working on your application

    I have already tried to contact them with no success (long waiting and then the line gets cut off) i'm already thinking of reapplying and provide an explanation letter but i was looking for other suggestion if anyone may have with a previous experience
