Guys, I noticed that in June, July, & August RICC does not issue too many PR Cards.. I guess too many people go on vacation. Most of them are issued in sept, oct, Nov.. so hopefully they will come back from vacation and start issuing these PR cards..

I applied in June 2015 and I am still waiting as well. I just submitted ATIP online for access of information for my file. it is 5$ charge and you can do it online. This will not help speed up your application, but it tells you more about your application status. Good Luck

Have you tried requesting ATIP (access to information)? that would tell you more details about the status of your application. good luck
