Unfortunately, there aren't too many people in out situation. I did approach media before and they were not interested! I referred them to the petition on this forum, but the number is not much and story apparently is not that interesting:-)

I found it weird that for some it is 1 week and others 4 weeks. Is there a reason why? I sent my application to the courier address, did I have to send it to the PO box address? maybe courier mail are handled slower?

So they sent you AOR and received on the same day? Is AOR a mail or email?

you are eligible in mid 2017 ( after you stay 184 days).. In any case you need a total of 1460 days to apply so you are still short on the days. the 182 days in 2013 does not affect your situation at all! you will only have 1460 days by mid-2017. Good luck

My problem is that the last two times I came into Canada, I used machine to scan my PR card and did not stamp my passport. It seems that is what triggered the secondary review.. In ATIP, they show that CoR is "unknown"!! How is it our problem that they allowed people to do self scanning of PRs...

The due date is automatically set to a year after secondary review, but I know many people who waited much longer.. In short, there is nothing that we can do!!

Hi Marceau, I actually think it will be faster for you if you wait till June 2017 to apply under 4/6 law because if they change it to 3/5, hundreds of thousands of people will apply at the same time.. I know many people waiting.. so processing time will be 24 months rather than 6-12 months as...
