I hope it doesn't count as misrepresentation as I honestly thought my job was not qualifying as it wasn't based on LMIA, but it is on a closed work permit which was based on PNP nomination.

So after reading this, the answer is only yes if your job is LMIA based. I said no here, got an ITA and submitted my PR application, the lawer which my company hired for PNP went over my EE profile and listed this a discrepancy. I am slowly losing faith in lawyers.

If I had a close work permit based on PNP (international student stream) would the answer still be No? My understanding is that only in case of LMIA is the answer yes.

Where did you find out they accept walk-ins on 2nd and 4th? The website says: Refugee claims can be made between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. All other services are available by appointment only.
