    Should I go for remarking?

If you're doing IELTS that would be correct, CELPIP the "unique" test number doesn't change and it only takes 8 business days to update, there is nothing in the CELPIP webiste to suggest that you can't use the results while they are being re-evaluated. So i think your best option would be to...

    Should I go for remarking?

If i were you, I would create the express entry profile with my current scores anyways and go for remarking or another test; update the profile whenever I have the new scores. Help with express entry profile

I hope it doesn't count as misrepresentation as I honestly thought my job was not qualifying as it wasn't based on LMIA, but it is on a closed work permit which was based on PNP nomination.

    Help with express entry profile

So after reading this, the answer is only yes if your job is LMIA based. I said no here, got an ITA and submitted my PR application, the lawer which my company hired for PNP went over my EE profile and listed this a discrepancy. I am slowly losing faith in lawyers.

If I had a close work permit based on PNP (international student stream) would the answer still be No? My understanding is that only in case of LMIA is the answer yes.

Has she submitted her resignation letter or is she not working at all anymore? In any case, what the person above suggested, before she stops working and travels outside of Canada, it would be best if you can do your landing. Do a flagpole in Niagara, sarnia or thousand island, it just takes a...

Hey Op, similar case here, I have been in Canada since i was 17 and I haven't been to any country for a cumulative of 6 months, not even my own country. I mentioned that in a letter of explanation when applying for PR in Express entry. My application is on "medical passed" status with background...
