I thought like every other mail from CIC, the notification comes in your email but the actual email you see in the CIC website, just like the job letter email.

First time you see bacgkround check in progress = IP1 second time = Ip2

When did you apply? seems pretty normal to me that your med passed hasn't updated yet, but whats funny is everything else is still going.

When did you get your medical done? Medical facility also told me that it takes at least 10 days for them to create a report and send it to CIC plus the days that cic would take to update you application which generally comes with IP1, but it may not if your medical hasn't made it to cic yet.

It looks like IP1, before IP2 comes BG turns Not Applicable for the second time.

Congratulations!!! wow you got PPR a day after IP2! I just got into IP2 today, lets hope i get PPR within this week, may not be as luck as you to get it the next day lol.

Yeah some people get asked this before their application moves to "Background check: not applicable". I beleive this is also the stage where they ask RCMP certificate if they want it.

I got this letter too now, but my additional document status is still under "being reviewed".

Next Step would be to wait, your background check will change to in progress when there is a progress. I am at the same stage.

As far as i remember that's normal, this will change to "Medical Passed" once it is processed.

mine is still additional documents being reviewed so I think I am one step behind you guys.
